Introduction

A concept which isn't utilized much in strength training is tempo speed and 'deload' in beginning strength training. Athletes tend to focus on building strength as soon as possible. But does that seem effective and does it allow the athlete to effectively put out the best session possible and does the athlete get the adequate rest? We'll be demonstrating the importance of deload and tempo in strength training.
